How do we work?

We believe that once we agree to work with a client that we “share the risk”  in bearing the up front cost of getting into this new market.  At the same time nothing is free  so some of these costs need to be contributed by both sides,  We work on a retainer plus commission on actual sales.   The retainer is paid on a monthly basis and is part of our contract with our clients. It starts immediately upon the signing of an agreement.  Specific expectations are outlined for both parties relative to the retainer.  In the beginning there are little or no existing sales  resulting in no commission for  Cetech and no income for our client.  The understanding is that both parties need to invest time and money over a reasonable period of time before sales occur.  Because it takes time up front to get into a new market the agreement is structured to allow for that.

Is CEtech going to be selling your products in the USA?

Our primary function is to position your company so you can efficiently sell products in the USA.  This is more about marketing and less about actual selling. We may even sell some of your products for you, but in most cases we help you find and train independent reps to sell your products .  Due to our familiarity of how reps work in the USA and how potential customers work with them we can leverage this experience to your advantage.  It cases where we help our clients find and train reps we receive  a small commission of any resulting sales.  This works well for our clients because they do not pay this fixed cost of sales unless and after sales occur. 

How do you get your products manufactured in the USA?

Our sister company , Emicon Corporation, works with our clients to either integrate and test and ship products for our clients acting as a contract manufacturer or they produce, test and ship products as a contract manufacturer.
